What happens during a Goddess club Pole Party?

For my students

Pole parties hosted by me, Danae AKA Goddess :will start off with a quick stretch, and warm-up to mobilize your body and raise your heart rate which helps prepare your body for the class.

Then you will learn an easy, sexy beginner Pole routine Step-by-step. These are usually very short about 1 min but sometimes we don't get through all the choreography in one hour so we follow up next week to learn the rest of the routine. Then we will practice this routine over and over until we feel comfortable and satisfied with it. Once we are all comfy with this routine the vibe is going good the music is hitting just right and you start to feel yourself and get into character this is the perfect moment for my favorite part ... FREESTYLES, SOLOS, DUETS Performances, pictures, and give the Birthday Girl HER moment to Shine! 🌟

After all the fun we will finish off with a cool down to help lower your heart rate and bring your body back to its pre-workout state this prevents injury, and is usually very short.

The Twerkout pole party is a little different. We will start off with the warm-up and stretch to prepare your body for the intense workout that we have planned. We will then take a couple minutes to go over twerking basics and twerking 101.

Then you will take part in a 30 minute Twerkout workout which is basically exactly what it sounds like it's a twerkable workout. Beginner friendly, All my twerkaholics and twerk-addicts dream come true! Well at least it is for me, I just love to twerk and not just to twerk but I use twerking as a cardio workout because I can't commit to boring 🥱 workouts.

Twerking is fun, it doesn't feel like a workout, and it has been helping me keep my waist tight, thighs toned and 🍑 sitting right.

After a break from the Twerkout workout we will have a moment to enjoy freestyles, solos, duets, pictures, videos, and then we will wrap up the 5 to 8 minute cool down.
